I love this garment!!! I purchased this garment in the size recommended on the size chart (3XL) and when I received it.....way too big! I'm having lipo done on my arms and back rolls that size looked more like overalls and my surgeon said to return and get 2 sizes smaller. When I received it and tried it on (it took me a good 10 min) but I love it. No uncomfortable feeling, flattened my stomach and was tight on my arms and back without anything that would stick me later on. This had a zipper which I think is great for use right after surgery. Sorry for the length just wanted to give an accurate review of this product. Oh and customer service is top notch!!! I'll be ordering my second stage garment through them as well.Bought this in a large and it fit ok for the first hour but by the second it was loose. Not enough compression for me but it was comfortable. Planning to use it in stage 2, for the gym.The mid calf shaper with sleeves is light comfortable and it gives my post surgery body enough compression to feel it but it is comfortable enough to can wear all day and sleep on it. It doesn't clinch to my body anywhere. I love it! I'm planning to order another two, one the same size and the other a smaller size because after the swelling in my body is gone I'm going to need a smaller size.fits fine... but the crouch crosses over enough that you have to hold it open on both sides to go to the bathroom.The 1st one I bought was too small but after 20 minutes of tugging and pulling, 2 nurses managed to get it on me! I wore it for a week until the larger size could be delivered. Not 1 tear, rip or stitch pop! A very good investment and yes they do run a bit smallBest post surgery garment company. I have three different products of theirs and I also have other company’s products: there is nooo comparison. The advertising is not great on amazon but that’s because it’s the doctor preferred garments and so people who know find them. Search the company’s name.Medium was a little too big for me. I wanted something tighter for after the surgeryBad construction.
