I was a little skeptical about the one size fits all, but after trying them on myself I ordered more for my mom for her to try, and they fit us both even though we are completely different sizes. She's a lot shorter and her one ankle is swollen, but I could still get them on her without too much effort. Although because she is so much shorter, the lower end of the sleeves end up just above her toes, but that doesn't seem to matter. Once on, they feel really good. As far as durability, I've worn and washed the same pair for me several times and they seem to be fine so far with the exception of another pair that eventually tore. Overall, I'm satisfied and do recommend them.
